Sylvie brings over 20 years of experience in federal and commercial organizational transformation, strategy and management consulting, federal budgeting, public finance, financial management, and technology management.

Sylvie leads Galvan’s business development activities and brings to the role a long track record of success in business growth at major global management consulting firms, including Booz Allen Hamilton and Capgemini. She also served in the Federal Government at the Office of Management and Budget and the Small Business Administration. Most recently, prior to Galvan, she was a Senior Director at ORACLE Cerner leading federal client work in Health IT. Since 2021, Sylvie serves as a Mayoral appointee to the Board of Trustees of the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia.
