Ricardo Benn

Managing Director, Management Consulting

Ricardo brings over 15 years of experience in federal budget, program and technology cost analysis, and strategic and organizational planning for multiple government organizations and commercial entities to assess technology operations. 

Prior to Galvan, at Capgemini, he led Management Consulting across the National Security, Federal Civilian, and Commercial sectors. Mr. Benn had responsibility for bottom-line factors including P&L management, strategic and operational planning, resources management (to include customer/ vendor contract management), and performance (service level) management. He led a matrixed team of 5 senior managers and provides cross-functional management and general oversight of more than 50 employees.

Mr. Benn maintains strong professional affiliations with the Association of Government Accountants (AGA), Department of Homeland Security and Defense Business Council (HSDBC), and ACT-IAC – American Council for Technology (ACT) and Industry Advisory Council (IAC).
